About the Author

Praveen Gupta, President of Accelper Consulting, has been working in the business performance improvement field since 1980. He worked at Motorola in the Semiconductor Product Sector and Communications Sector and at AT&T Bell Laboratories for nine years. He founded Accelper Consulting (formerly Quality Technology Company) in 1989 to provide training and consulting services to businesses. Accelper Consulting is focused on improving business performance through quality methods as well as developing new tools when needed.Praveen has been working on Six Sigma since its inception and has recently looked beyond Six Sigma as well as at challenges in improving performance.
