Howard is a Ph.D. student in Missiology withemphasis in leadership development at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana.¿¿ He holds aMaster of Divinity in Pastoral Care from Bethel Theological Seminary in Minnesota; a Diploma in Intercultural Studies from Bethany College in Bloomington, Minnesota; and a B.S. in French Studies from Universite Nationale de Cote D'Ivoire, West Africa.¿ He also studied Business Administration andEconomics at the University of Liberia, West Africa and did a three yearsprogram in Biblical Studies at Monrovia Bible Training Center in Liberia, WestAfrica, an affiliate of Living Water Ministries. Rev.Howard is an Ordained minister with the Bethel WorldOutreach Ministries, International.¿ Hecurrently serves as the Associate Pastor of Bethel World Outreach Church in Minnesota and District Secretary of Bethel World OutreachMinistries International, U.S.A. District.¿Rev.
