M. Tibbets is a writer, reader, wife, mother, and part-time receptionist. All of these occupations involve relationship skills and the study of getting along with others, hopefully to everyone's satisfaction. She has especially applied herself in the last several years of her life to understanding and getting along with males, such as boyfriends, husband, son, and friends. She began to wonder if men also applied themselves as earnestly to understanding and getting along with females, especially in a "couples" relationship. She knew it would be to the mutual benefit of all, but she didn't see much evidence of it.
