In Australia, regions are not just a geographic category, they are also cultural. Robyn Eversole is Director of the Institute for Regional Development, University of Tasmania, Australia. She is an anthropologist of development and the author of several books including Knowledge Partnering for Community Development. She is originally from West Virginia, USA.
