Cond : Cream coloured paper wrapper with wrap-around (montage) illus. of Salvation Army marching band. Corners and edges are MOSTLY sharp w/ one fore corner sli. dogged and bumped. Spine fine, binding tight, colours bright. No names, marks, tears, creases, folds nor stains. Good research document of Newfoundland history from the days when it was a " colony ".
