About the Author

Suzy Siddons specialises in the psychology of communication. After working
for a West London Psychological Service and spending several years as a
full-time writer, she entered the information technology industry as a
training officer - this was the easiest way to get a free word processor!
One and a half years later she was headhunted by a large computer
manufacturer to join its sales training department, initially to set up and
run training for their network of dealers and distributors, and later to
deliver and originate courses for the sales, marketing, support services
and field services divisions of the company. These courses covered a wide
range of behavioural and business skills. Since founding her own training
company in 1987 she has worked with a wide range of clients, consulting and
training in the behavioural skills needed in business.
