About the Author

Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe is the Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction and an associate professor for library administration at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. She has master’s degrees in educational psychology and library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign as well as a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Melissa Autumn Wong is an adjunct faculty member in the library and information science schools at San Jose State University and the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Melissa formerly served as Library Director at Marymount College, California, and as a librarian at the University of Southern California. Melissa received her master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and her bachelor of arts degree from Augustana College in Illinois.
