Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good +. Fourth Edition. A nice, clean, solid copy. NOT ex library. The upper front right corner has been damp with slight waviness to the pages which fades away about page 20. Whatever spilled was on the first fly and wiped off. The grey cloth boards have nearly no wear and certainly no bumps. W/o the damp inside, the book would be nearly new. The Dust jacket has wear at the bottom with very short tears. Owned previously by a book store whose small stamp is on the first fly. 196 pages --- obviously a "must read" listing. "387 B.C. to 1978 A.D." This is the updated, enlarged 4th edition.
