About the Author

Martin Hintz has been a travel writer for three decades, with more than sixty books and hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles to his credit. His resume includes several entries in Children's Press's" America the Beautiful and Enchantment of the World" series, writing about many states and countries. He is also the author of Globe Pequot's "Fun with the Family in Wisconsin." Daniel Hintz is an experienced world traveler who lived for a time in the former Soviet Union and Venezuela. He is also a poet, filmmaker, and drama teacher and lives in Seattle.
