Synopsis
The Sims 2 for the console has several new features, including direct control over your character's movement using your controller's analog stick, a "conversation" mode that highlights your conversations with other Sims, and a new "creativity" aspiration that works hand in hand with the new "food creation" option, allowing your Sim to wander their environment and harvest food to create recipes with. The game will have 10 different career paths your Sims can follow and more than 500 objects and items they can interact with (including more than 350 all-new items). It will also have a dozen different "story locations," which will be set up with brief cinematic sequences as you enter them for the first time. The Sims 2: PRIMA Official Game Guide includes tips on how to navigate up to 10 different career paths, complete appendices of all 500 objects and items, tips to help you develop relationships with other Sims, and helpful strategy on employing the new genetics system and vanity options.
