About the Author:

Antony Wild has a strong tea heritage. His great uncle founded the famous Betty's Cafe Tearooms in Yorkshire and he worked as buying director for its sister company, Taylor's of Harrogate. He has travelled to many tea-producing countries, and has written extensively on the subject. Carol Pastor is a writer, consultant and stylist. She develops and writes recipes for Whitworths sugar, Inspirations, Homes and Gardens, House and Garden, and Nouveau magazines. She is the author of Cupcakes (Lorenz Books), Simply Home Baking (New Holland), and Food Magic (Cassell).
