Luigi Doria holds a PhD in Regional Planning and Public Policy at the University IUAV of Venice, Italy, where he continues to carry out research activities at the Department of Planning. Valeria Fedeli is a Researcher and Lecturer at the Department of Architecture and Planning (DIAP) of Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
