Ken Russell is a former London surveyor. He is the Puzzle Editor of MENSA, a magazine issued every month to Mensa's 20,000 UK members. Philip Carter is a Yorkshire Estimator and Puzzle Editor of ENIGMASIG, the magazine for the Mensa Puzzle Special Interest Group.
