Hardcover. Second Printing. Octavo, 560 pages. In Good plus condition. Black spine with gray and white lettering. Covers have chipping along the front fore corners, creasing throughout, and light stains on the rear cover. Textblock has a light stain on page 549, pen inscription from previous owner on pages 3-4, 7-8, 10, 17-20, 55, 63, and 89, splitting along the gutter between the front end-page and rear side of the bibliography page, and foxing along the edges.
