In compliance with the provisions of section 16, article 4, of the Constitution, I herewith transmit to you a report of pardons, reprieves, commutation and suspensions of sentence, and remission of fines granted by me, together with the reasons in each case upon which granted. And for the period of time beginning with my entering upon the duties of the office, and ending with this date.
