About the Author

Roy Treolar has been a full time lecturer in plumbing since 1985. He is currently Section Head: Mechanical Services at the Colchester Institute, where he is responsible for all plumbing, gas and heating programmes, and he is an external verifier for the City & Guilds 6009 plumbing scheme.
