About the Author

Robert M. Snyder is a National Master and chess educator. By the age of 18, he earned the title of National Chess Master. In 1973, he became champion of the Western United States. Mr. Snyder had the highest score when he represented the United States on the Correspondence Olympic Chess Team. He qualified for the semi-finals of the World Correspondence Championships and earned an International rating of 2405. He currently lives in Colorado and is working on his series of chess training manuals.
