Presented in easy-to-reproduce form by Clarence P. Hornung, one of America's leading designers, these patterns include grains, grids, lattices, plaids, polka dots, meshes, and moirés. There are also op art designs, tweeds, brickwork, herringbones, miscellaneous small geometrics, tilework, rules of various thicknesses, dots of various densities, and more. Included are both sharply geometrical patterns and rough, "free-hand" designs. Mr. Hornung has furnished several variations on many of these basic patterns, providing for a wide range of choices and combinations for desired graphics effects.
