About the Author

Alex Fernandez has been a Fellow of the Universities of Valparaiso (Chile) and Barcelona. He was research assistant at the University of Amsterdam, where he is now employed in the Department of Political Science. Andre Mommen has been a Fellow at the University of Brussels, a lecturer at the Institute of Labour Problems, Brussels, and now lectures in political science at the University of Amsterdam.
