Synopsis
"Colloquial Spanish" is easy to use and completely up to date. Specially written by an experienced teacher for self-sudy or class use, the course offers a step-by-step approach to written and spoken Spanish. No prior knowledge of the language is required. The course aims to help the learner to communicate confidently and effectively in Spanish, in a broad range of everyday situations. Two 60-minute cassettes are available to accompany "Colloquial Spanish". Recorded by native speakers, these cassettes can be used on any audio system and complement the book, helping you with pronunciation and listening skills.
About the Author
Untza Sale has been a Spanish lecturer at FCO Language Group since 1992. She has taught a large number of students posted to Spain and Latin America on a one to one basis and has also run many courses from intensive to pre-exam courses. She studied Modern Iberian and Latin American Studies at UCL and did an MA in the teaching of Modern Languages at the Institute of Education. She is also a specialist in testing and has worked for Language Testing Associates since 1991.
