Synopsis
Pasos 1 Activity Book provides stimulating practice material which complements the tasks presented in the Pasos 1 coursebook. The 14 units mirror those in the coursebook, with 12 subdivided into sections covering or expanding a different linguistic area, while the remaining two are revision units. Tasks are suitable for extra practice in class as well as ideas for homework. Activities include wordsearches, crosswords, cultural quizzes, extra reading and comprehension tasks, and gap-fill conjugation exercises. The perfect companion to Pasos 1, the Activity Book is a valuable resource for learners and teachers alike. Now it in its second edition, it can be used alongside the coursebook to provide further tasks for faster learners or more intensive practice on a specific area. It can also be used as self-access material by learners who wish to work through the materials independently.

About the Author
Rosa María Martín is Director of the Language Learning Unit at Queen Mary and Westfield College and an experienced language teacher and adviser. Martyn Ellis is Principal of Target Language Services and is a renowned specialist in language teaching and learning. Both are best-selling authors of several language-teaching series, including the 4-part schools Spanish course Aventura.
