Synopsis
The third edition of this popular title provides both a narrative and analysis of US policies in the inter-war period. It has been revised to reflect the current needs of the AS and A level specifications and includes a new chapter on foreign policy to ensure complete coverage of the period.
The accessible narrative charts the tensions of the 1920s through to the apparent economic stability and prosperity of the decade, the onset of the Depression and the political policy of the New Deal.
