David Warner is a Professor and Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Central England in Birmingham and an Executive Director of UCE (Commercial) Ltd. He is responsible for all aspects of the University's marketing, promotion, student recruitment and income generation activities. David has published extensively and is co-editor of the books Visual and Corporate Identity, Managing Educational Property, Human Resource Management in Higher and Further Education, and Higher Education Management (the last three all for Open University Press/SRHE). He is also the editor of the journal International Education and consultant editor of the magazine Managing HE.
Charles Leonard is Director of Commercial Affairs at Coventry University, Managing Director of Coventry University Enterprises Ltd and Editor of the European Communities Information Service. A regular broadcaster, he is science correspondent to the BBC in Coventry and Warwickshire as well as being the author of several books on European Research and Development policy. In addition to publishing widely, he is a director of two joint venture companies and is Chief Executive of the Midlands Innovation Relay Centre.
