The chapters in Part I introduce students to the concept of teaching physical education and teaching children in physical education. Future teachers learn how to teach children skills that are appropriate to their development skill level (not grade level).
Coverage of basic teaching skills. Part II, "Teaching Skills," covers important topics like planning, organizing, assessing and evaluating.
