Wealth of information, and yet easy to read
I hope you enjoy this book. I've tried to create an understanding of all the primary types of reward systems--salaries, incentives, performance management, special recognition, stock programs, and assessed them for their consistency with what is needed for today's organization. Then, I went further to explain key actions, ideas and types of programs anyone can implement. This has been the foundation for my company's consulting practice (see wilsongroup.com for our web site). I hope you enjoy the book and find it of great value. Note: it starts with a story of George and Martha!!! TW
