Synopsis
This text uses a systems approach to explain electronic devices and circuits. This edition features expanded material on SPICE, including coverage of Probe, Control Shell, and the PSpice Library. It also features a new chapter on analogue/digital and digital/analogue converters, such as R-2R ladder, weighted-resistor, switched current source and switched capacitator types. The material also covers DMOS transmitters, Colpitts and Hartley oscillators, common-gate amplifiers and common-source amplifiers with unbypassed source resistance.
