Stefanie Jansen, BIS Publishers B.V. The 7 Principles of complete Co-Creation presents a unique and practical view on co-creation. It introduces the term 'Complete Co-Creation', in which structural, constructive cooperation with the end-user is a key element. Illustrated by various international case studies, it makes a strong case for placing end-users at the core of any co-creation process. It answers the question how to involve end-users and other relevant parties to create sustainable value through effective and complete co-creation.
