Soft cover. Condition: Good. 2017 reprint of 1918 Wartime Manual of British Emergency Legislation covering War Materials Supply to February 28, 1918. Contains all laws, proclamations, ministerial regulations etc that controlled supply of raw materials needed for the war effort. So steel, lead, brass, copper, leather, animal pelts, wool jute, petrol, cotton, flax, hemp, timber, olive oil, military uniforms and related labour controls all covered. Is the effectiveness of legal controls (partially) how we 'won' the war? Quoted postage for UK 2nd class. Overseas at least £13 due to book's weight and thickness.
