Returns are accepted. They may be subject to a 20% restocking fee so please read the description fully before ordering! Shipping is not refundable and software of any kind isn't either. Use the original packaging for returns. Damage upon return will be subtracted from the refund.
Shipping Terms:
If the book is small we will subtract the actual cost from the default shipping rate and refund the difference. Standard or media usually takes four to fourteen business days to arrive, sometimes a bit longer. Priority mail usually takes three to five days. All domestic packages include delivery confirmation. Items over $50 will require insurance and those over $100 will require signature confirmation as well. All international orders over $50 may be required to add insurance.
We are not responsible for delay, loss or damage caused by the Post. We use corrugated boxes for hardcover books and records with a layer of bubble wrap or other necessary materials to protect the item inside. We use jiffy bags for softcover books under $10 unless otherwise requested.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
