No orders will be dispatched until payment is cleared. No quibble refund at no cost to the customer if complaint notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping Terms:
Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt except for those placed on Saturdays; these will be posted the following Monday. Postage costs are based on books weighing 1.65 LB, or 0.75 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra postage charges are required. We may also reduce postage costs if the book weighs substantially less than the standard weight.
