Fans waiting at the stage door for women of their dreams has been a constant source of fun for about a century and a half. These two are waiting together so perhaps they're hoping to meet a duet act from the show. Never mailed, but someone wrote a note in 1913, jocularely asking if the recipient knows what they're waiting for. Worn at edges, scuff on the stage door itself.
