This collection comprises 53 items: (1) The initial item is a draft mss.agreement in 1896 between Charles John Tegart 30, Windsor Road, Rathmines and Susan Rogers 21, Garville Avenue Rathgar for the purchase of 30, Windsor road for £640 & an annual rent of £5. (2) A draft agreement dated 1897 (with annotation & legal opinion handwritten in) between John Plunkett, a builder of Bray, Co.Wicklow and Charles John Tegart for 11, Floraville Terrace, Bray. Other adjacent houses 10 & 11are also mentioned. (3) A mss.document comprising correspondence between solicitors acting for Tegart that was drafted for counsel'sadvice outlines issues pertaining to the annual rent and the right to title tono.11.Floraville Tce. (4) A 4pp. mss. will of Florence O'Callaghan of 12, Castle Road, Dundalk bequeath's "all my estate in right title and interest in the land of Tullydonnell O'Callaghan now in possession of myself and my sisters to my sister Mary Anne O'Callaghan.and after her death to James Tegart of Bray.The will is dated 1908 & asolicitor has a note to the effect that Mary Anne died, 12th February, 1909. So James Tegart inherited the lands of Tullydonnell O'Callaghan. (5) James died awhile later and an Estate Valuation dated 9th of May 1908 by P.J. Byrne & Sons, Valuers, House and Estate Agents, Quinsboro' Road, Bray values 11, Florence Terrace at £814.(6) A mss.pedigree (family tree) of the Tegan family begins with Owen O'Callaghan Tegart who had two wives - Olivia Sterne and Miranda Greene traces the descendants during the latter half of the nineteeth century and first part of the 20th century. This seems to be dated 1913. (7) An original death certificate dated 21st September 1928 signed by Joseph Lynch Assistant Registrar of Births and Deaths for the Bray District issued at Bray Dispensary indicates the cause and circumstances of the death at Anne Tegan at the age of 75. (8) Eight receipts & share stock include among them receipts issued by Bray Urban District Council are for Rates, Poor Rate, Town and Harbour Rates & electricity during 1928/29& A 1929-47 5% War Stock. (9) Probate of the last will and Testament of Anna J. Tegart on 7/1/1929 is in a very neat, legible and tidy hand in ink and indicates that James was her father and the Tullydonnell lands are located in Armagh & provides material for further research into the links in the family pedigree. (10) An itemised Valuation by Byrne's Auctioneers, Bray of the furniture and effects of 11, Florence Terrace (11) A batch of 34 items of correspondence between January-April 1929 relating to the sale of 11 Florence Terrace includes correspondence from Eveline M. Bell of The Red House, Cheam, Surrey Executrix of Anna Tegart's will and letterheadeD notepaper of Byrne's auctioneers, Quinnsboro' Road, Bray & a document signed by Mr. Byrne. Invaluable primary information which makles it possible to link together the various strands in the life of a family over three quarters of a century.…

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Dublin Bookbrowsers, Dublin, NONE, Ireland, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
Shipping terms
Orders usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt payment, excluding
weekends. Shipping costs are based on books weighing approx. 2.2LB, or 1KG,
this
is only an estimate, once your order is confirmed actual postal rates will
be
applied, if your item is lighter you will be charged less and extra postage
costs may be required for large or heavy items, packaging and handling are
free.
