Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper. Turquoise colored cloth boards with gilt lettering on cover and spine. Slight rubbing to edges; mild soiling. Grey illustrated dust jacket with blue lettering on cover and spine. Jacket is not price clipped, but is in fair condition only. Numerous large tears and chips to edges; significant soiling and toning. Binding is tight. Interior is clean except for slight toning to endpapers. Includes black-and-white illustrations by Lael W. Hill. Rutheda Nicholson (1914-2013) was a poet who studied philosophy and religion at the University of Utah. This collection of poems explores love, spirituality, and the natural world.
