Illustrated with 14 full-page black and white illustrations, plus 8 other black and white illustrations throughout by Martha Abbott. Map endpapers. Blue cloth with red letters on the front cover and the spine. Some wear to extremities with a couple of corners just barely rubbed through, top and bottom of spine tender, cloth clean and bright, spine ever so slightly faded, all illustrations in fine condition, else very good to near fine with no internal markings. No dust jacket. Roy Simpson March wrote numerous juveniles, including several about dogs, including the following: RUSTY and TUNDRA. ARCTIC SLED DOG.
