An 8 ½ in. x 11 in. sheet of stiff paper with a small wood engraving by DePol of the profile of a man smoking a pipe and the letter "J," which blends into his name in a fancy font. Below his name he announces: "Lithographs, Drawings, Etchings, Design Painting, Etc. & Mostly Everything Else. New York." DePol has signed his name in pencil, dated it 1997, and added "about 1940."
