First edition thus. Thick quarto. Fine in very good plus dustwrapper with some shallow chipping, mostly at the top of the rear panel. Inscribed by author and critic Annette Baxter to June Mansfield, the second wife of Henry Miller, and generally acknowledged as the muse and catalyst for his major work.
