Three volumes published in 1807, 1808 and 1810. Grey/brown cardboard/paper hardcovers, no dust jackets. There is an 1886 inscription in each volume by C G de Coetlogon. The spines of the three volumes show considerable wear but the boards are relatively clear of significant wear with quite clean and untrimmed pages. Black titles on discoloured cream paper frames on spines. The three 1st edition volumes are in reasonably good condition. The author's names is spelt as Cotelogon on the spine labels rather than the usual Coetlogon. Charles Edward Coetlogon 1746-1820 was the son of Chevelier Dennis de Coetlogon, a Knight of St Lazare, and books published under pseudonym of Parresiastes.
