Printed covers, rectified horoscope, and 81 leaves with text to recto only. Signed by Leo on the last leaf of text. The subject, Mr. John Irvin, was born 7 April 1843 in Halifax, NS. Horoscope dated 25 January (or July) 1909. Contemporary sturdy cloth binder (light soiling) with marbled pastedowns, tawny cardstock endpapers and blank leaf front and rear.
