"I absolutely loved all the mythology and creativeness that the author put into inventing this marvelous Christian fantasy/sci-fi book. All too often I read works that feel clearly derivative of other books, and although I appreciate literary influences, when something truly original comes along it is a refreshing change of pace! Some of the writing was downright lyrical in the simple elegance of the prose, and I was mesmerized by the world of Gannah and its characters, especially Dassa.
