Serious students of golf history should obtain all editions of this modern classic by the Shakespeare of American golf writers. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine and a flagstick on the cover. Top of page edges stained blue. DJ has photos of Nicklaus on the cover and Palmer on the back. INSCRIBED by Wind on the half title page (se photo). Condition: Very Good+ in Very Good+ DJ, 3rd Edition. Black smudge on right page edges. Top of spine slightly wrinkled. Slight wear to edges of DJ.
