Livre RefAbe S1306 Ref050 Ouest France 1981 in8 format 23x16 32p. Bon état . Ce fascicule publié par Ouest France dans la série Aviation en 1981 et réalisé par Reginald Jouhaud présente, en 32 pages, l histoire du Stampe SV4. En plus d un magnifique dessin de couverture, signé Francis Bergèse et montrant un STAMPE de l ALAT en vol, il contient, en page 15, un chapitre intitulé En service dans l aviation légère de l armée de terre (ALAT.) . 4 photos d avions de l armée de Terre, dont une en couleur, complètent ce chapitre. En 1923 Jean STAMPE et Maurice VERTONGEN crée la société portant leurs nom respectif,au début c est une école de pilotage,une des plus importantes de Belgique. D autres activités se greffent à la société, qui vont du convoyage de Bristol Fighter à une licence de représentation des avions De Havilland et aussi la construction avec l ingénieur Alfred RENARD. C est en 1932 que commence les 1er travaux sur un biplan ayant pour objectif de donner une meilleur visibilité au pilote,l option retenu est le décalage du plan supérieur sans rien changer au plan inférieur.Le 1er vol d un vingtaine de minutes est effectué le 17 mai 1933 avec Jean STAMPE aux commandes .Quelques modifications seront apportées durant les mois suivant pour en arriver à la version définitive en 1939 peu avant la guerre. Peu avant le début de la guerre,le gouvernement français passe une commande de 300 appareils. Devant l impossibilité d honorer cette commande la Sociétés des Usines Farman est chargé d en assurer la production.En janvier 1940 quelques 600 avions sont commandés par l Armee de l Air et L aviation Légère. A la fin du conflit le gouvernement français en 1944 lance un plan pour la renaissance de l aviation nationale.Grace à sa simplicité de fabrication et à ses composants facilement disponible le STAMPE est retenu.En décembre le Ministère des Armées passe une commande de 1400 SV4 qui seront fabriqués par la SNCAN. L usine de Sartrouville est choisie come site et les premiers exemplaires ne tardent pas à sortir. Il y aura de multiples utilisateurs du STAMPE,principalement l Armée de l Air française,l Aviation légère de l Armée de terre et l Aéronavale ainsi que l armée Belge .A partir de la fin des années 40 on trouvera aussi l avion au sein d Aéroclubs civils,ils assurent la formation des pilotes mais aussi la voltige,le remorquage de planeurs et le largage de parachutistes. Dans les années 60 plusieurs cures de rajeunissement sont mis en place afin de rénover la flotte notamment avec le changement de moteur ce qui prolongera la vie du SV4.Au total ce sont 961 STAMPE SV4 qui furent fabriqués et beaucoup d entre eux sont encore en état de vol après quelques dizaines d années d utilisation. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Artax, LA ROCHE VINEUSE, BFC, France, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
