Uncommon signed "Official" letterhead with his elected title as "Les President du Conseil de la Revolution & President du Conseil des Ministers," 6.25 x 7.5 inches, no date, circa 1968, with embossed seal as Minister, boldly signed with exceptional contrast. Near fine condition. Chairman of the Revolutionary Council of Algeria from 1965 - 1978 and thereafter as second President of Algeria until his death on 27 December 1978.
