Three signatures of author.Endpaper carries a photograph of Luckner which is signed at bottom border in a blue pencil (?) Opposite side of page carries another photo of author also signed . This photo carries credit at bottom ( Ross B.V.G. Berlin SW68 .F. Langhammer, Cassel phot.).Next page is the front panel from the dust jacket & opposite side carries photo of sailing ship on rough sea w/ same credit as previpus without a signature. The Photos and jacket panel are a much lighter color paper and while attached to sewn binding, appear as professionally added after publication. .Half title carries 12/3/1925 inscription and signature of author. Frontis is of Luckner and carries facsimile signature . title page 1923.copyright page 1921 .
