About this Item

Limited Edition. Octavo. Number 32 of an unknown but presumably small edition size, SIGNED and numbered by Coco Gordon. A handmade, stick-bound book of photocopies made at Todd's Copy Shop on Mohawk Superfine paper and acetate, also with a plastic bag containing a red washcloth bound in. Coco Gordon created the book as a memorial to her friend Claude Mailard's deceased cat, Sebastian. The black and white photocopied pages show intimate images of Mailard, juxtaposed with poetic word associations. Originally bound with four tied leather strings through punched holes, now missing three of the ties. Near fine in photo-illustrated acetate wrappers (rear cover creased).
