7"x 8" B&W photo (on 8"x11" bonded paper sheet-with two folds). SIGNED by Dr. Albert Hofmann (signed below photo - signature only). Hofmann was the first person to synthesize, ingest and study the effects of LSD. Also comes with original New York Times obituary for Hofmann. Scarce signature.
