Numerous illusts, folding map, xvi + 547pp, original limp leather, slightly rubbed to edges, a.e.g., marbled endpapers, signed by the author at the end of the Preface. Tipped in at the front are 2 illusts, one being of the author, the other being of 'Wintrath', his house at Sidcot.
