There is a postcard ("Aerial View of Prince Rupert, B.C.) from the author laid-in; with a short message, that apparently accompanied the sending of the book - signed by the author (first name only). Sunning along the spine, but the spine lettering is mostly unaffected. A few small (<1/8") spots on the rear cover. Bottom corner bumped, and with a light crease at the bottom corner of the front cover. Pages clean. Many B&W photos with the text.; 27C; 8-1/5" x 5-1/2"; 144 pages; Signed by Author.
