Limited edition. Signed by the illustrator Lionel Lindsay. No.341 of 350. Green boards with gilt lettering on the spine and upon front cover. Covers are well thumbed and rubbed, with some small patches of white discolouration upon spine and boards. Head and tail of spine bumped, corners smooth and bear some wear. Spine sunned. Free endpapers, pastedowns and title pages bear moderate discolouration and light foxing. Page edges well thumbed, discoloured and lighlty foxed. Fore edge and tail edges are deckled. Binding is tidy, yet split in a few places. Prints are in good condition. Pages throughout may bear a light patch of foxing here and there. Prints on Japanese vellum at the rear of this book are intact. This book is in fair condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously; they usually present better than they sound.
