Brown endpapers, illustrated title-page, and four additional full-page coloured linocuts throughout. Fine, As New. 'The Poor Man in the Castle' tells the story of a young boy's return home to his family's house to spend a Christmas with his father; when he first arrives, the house seems empty after the death of his mother, and without her, the house lacks its typical bright and festive spirit.
