The Hollywood music scene isn’t all glitz for pop diva, Zeli in this modern Rapunzel retelling. Her fame comes with hidden costs––enduring chaotic hair extensions that flow the length of a football field and dark magic that threatens to ruin her voice forever.
Aspiring indie musician, Justin, is determined to kick it to the top of the Rampion Records pro vs. amateur live singing competition. And the favorite to beat? None other than Zeli.
Those ridiculous hair extensions coupled with her bubblegum pop sound are an affront to everything Justin loves about music. He vows to become her nemesis until a stolen kiss reveals the woman behind the fame and sparks blaze between the two singers.
Once inside Zeli’s world, Justin encounters sinister shadows beneath the façade of her rockstar life. In their quest to allow Zeli to step into the spotlight free of Rampion’s hold over her, the pair must confront the malevolence behind the dazzle of the mega record company’s success.
If these star-crossed rivals-to-lovers can’t rally their own brand of magic to defeat the darkness, they will lose everything––including each other.
